Today we’d like to introduce you to Francesca Stoico.

Hi Francesca, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I grew up with a passion for sports from an early age, especially ballet, modern, hip hop and belly dance. I started training in the gym in 2014, at just 18 years old, I didn’t physically like it, and I wanted to gain weight trying to strengthen the back muscles, made weak by scoliosis, a problem that plagues me from an early age. Initially, I approached the Model category, I was really amazed when he managed to get excellent placings and that was how I decided to try to get involved as a Bikini athlete in the IFBB Pro League at San Marino Pro 2017, where this experience gave me an exceptional charge that still excites me today. This experience gave me an exceptional charge that still excites me today. I love this lifestyle every day I compete with myself to be a better person and to overcome my limits. I have always defined myself as determined. When I am not in competition, I love to dedicate myself to my work as a Personal Trainer and Coaching Online. Even now, I am dedicating myself to learning the English language in order to improve myself in my work and in the world of fitness.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The biggest challenge was to correct my back scoliosis, a rotation of the spine in adolescence. When I was not in the gym, I could not stand for more than one hour. I did some strengthening work and now my muscles support my back.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I started training in 2014, when I was only 18, I didn’t like myself physically, and I wanted to gain weight. Initially, I started as an athlete in the Model category in the Wabba association, then I decided to seriously compete as a bikini in the Pro League at the San Marino Pro, where I became a professional at just 21 years old. I have always believed that nothing is impossible to achieve if you truly believe in it with all of yourself and commit your time giving your all to make your dreams come true. This philosophy led me to where I am today, I never stopped believing in myself, I always set myself new goals as I achieved them. This 2019 racing season has taken me to tour all over the world, from Brazil, Puerto Rico, Miami, Colorado, and other fantastic destinations. I took a lot of hard hits that gave me even more determination and pushed me to give even more, but I also had a lot of satisfaction, including competing with the icons of the fitness world and winner of Puerto Rico pro and Portugal pro but above all Competing at Mr Olympia the most important race in the world, a unique experience. o Currently, I am in charge of online coaching, personal trainer, posing teacher.

What are your plans for the future?
I am constantly looking to grow as a model of inspiration and fitness model in the world. This is my greatest goal.
