Conversations with Russell Hill

Today we’d like to introduce you to Russell Hill.

Hi Russell, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Been doing detailing since 2016 always loved cars tho to begin with so I just find a passion bringing a customer’s car back to their satisfaction so they can be/feel comfortable while driving.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s been smooth for the most part biggest thing to overcome is becoming business oriented & getting your business up & running from the ground up but it’s beautiful to see where you use to be vs. where you’ll eventually be. Main thing is having faith & believing you are capable of being the best you can be.

Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’ve been doing detailing since 2016 I love what I do personally but never actually took the initiative to start on my own thing was always working with a company cleaning cars until I decided to launch my own brand & bring that exact same energy to my legacy. I’m also a truck driver. I’ve been to just about all 48 states which was also a cool thing to do & lots of cool things to see. What makes me proud is seeing customers reaction to their car being cleaned past their standards. I believe what’s sets me apart from others is that I actually enjoy doing what I do & I’m never in a rush each vehicle I touch gets the same love I always take my time with my work.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Having good customer service has helped out a lot; without it you won’t really get too far.
