Daily Inspiration: Meet Arelis Ramirez

Today we’d like to introduce you to Arelis Ramirez.

Hi Arelis, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
This is a challenging question but I like it! I’m a Human Resources person and from the Heart. My passion is working directly with people founding them and supporting them to reach their goals in the companies I worked in the past, for the last 17 years. Since 2019 I was very interested in start a Family Business. Unfortunately, I got very sick in March 2020 and a special friend brings me to my home essential oils. Yes, I’m very asthmatic and what she brings me helped me like Magic! I started to learn more deep and deep and then I found how many things we can make with them. This is how I started creating my first soaps, body scrubs, Bath Salts and very soon introducing our first pet products.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No way! The way the E-commerce and the technology are running now is not my strength but, I take many free Master Classes and many others payed by myself who brings me many more knowledge and the moment we sell my products online.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Apart of having my online Family Business I’m Human Resources and all my life is related to find people, train people, guide people in order to be successful. It’s part of my called from God about to help people and identify for what area you can be productive, assertive and successful. Yes, I can provide everything but the other part came from the people and here I am to support them.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
First thing First, God is all that. And yes, my parents, my husband and many other angels are being part of this. I also have many distance mentors who I follow and give me the strength to continue.
