Hidden Gems: Meet Denis Terzic of Atmospheric Orlando

Today we’d like to introduce you to Denis Terzic.

Atmospheric Orlando has been around for nearly one year now but has been an ever-developing idea for much longer. We had originally begun as an events company, trying to shed light on Orlando’s talented music community; However, when covid hit, we quickly had to shift gears. We have since expanded from music to showcasing most of Orlando’s culture and talent whilst also giving back to the community through the funds generated.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Entrepreneurship is never a smooth road, however, it is vital to have a plan and be able to shift gears quickly to succeed. In the fast-paced life that many of us live, it is necessary to take a step back and look at everything you have done and the goals you want to achieve in the future. We were originally going to be a live event company and had our first show lined up for April 11th, but then covid shut down everything so we quickly had to adapt. We performed live shows via our YouTube channel in an effort to overcome this struggle.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Our brand exhibits what Orlando is; a collective of different cultures and good vibes. Orlando shows love to everyone and most people care about the well-being and betterment for everyone. We took these principles to the next level and created Atmospheric Orlando; a brand to showcase our diverse community and to pay it forward. We are much bigger than one person or idea, we are Orlando and the amazing people that make it what it is.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Follow your passion and don’t give up, as corny as it sounds. You need passion to drive you to want more and want better. Without passion, it becomes a job. Do not do things for the sole purpose of profit, it’s about something much bigger than that. Also keep in mind, it will take time to ‘make it’; sometimes a lot, sometimes a little. But it’s important you keep pushing through because all you need is one yes from the million no’s.
