Inspiring Conversations with Vianka Lynch of Vianka Lynch | Florida Realtor®

Today we’d like to introduce you to Vianka Lynch.

Hi Vianka, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
I was born in Queens, NY to parents that are Panamanian immigrants. My parents moved to this country because they wanted to raise a family in a country that would give their children as many opportunities as possible. When I was about 5 years old, they decided to move to Florida because it would be a better environment from us, away from so much crime that NY had to offer. I worked my hardest in school and tried to excel in everything that I put my mind to. When I graduated high school (Class of 2022), I had a 4.0 GPA and was already halfway done with college. This year, I graduated from Valencia College with a degree in Business Marketing. During the pandemic, many high school seniors like myself faced extreme disappointment. One of the moments that I looked forward to most growing up was taken away from me. I decided that I would not let that sadness and disappointment overcome me and promised myself that I would make use of all of the free time that I had. I knew that I wanted to be a business owner. My own boss. To create generational wealth. To give hope and guidance to other young adults like me that have goals that can sometimes seem so unattainable. Throughout the years, every time I envisioned the end goal, it always looked like a place I can call my own. A home. And I know I am not the only who has that same goal. A goal of which can sometimes be difficult to attain. That is why I decided to be a realtor. I want to help people reach that goal as well. It’s what we all deserve. I work extremely hard every day to provide the best service to my clients and continue to search for people that need and deserve my help as well.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Roads to success are the furthest from smooth. Going through a global pandemic was one of the most difficult times in my life, as well as most people. Not knowing what the future awaits. Feeling worried about your health, you family, and friends. However, with every rough road there’s is a smooth destination. That struggle gave me the opportunity to grow as a person. Not only mentally, but in my career. Although it is bittersweet, I am forever grateful.

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
My advice for finding a mentor or people to network with is by getting yourself out there. Find people that look like you who are living your goals and get inside of that room. A lot of success comes from who you know and how you absorb the information that they put out. If you are always watching from the sidelines, you will never be put into the game. The first step to achieving your goals is stepping outside of your comfort zone.
