Meet Kris Pace of The Balance Studio

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kris Pace.

Hi Kris, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
I am a disabled veteran who was hurt overseas, and when I came back, I struggled with the same things all Veterans struggle with. It wasn’t until I discovered Yoga and meditation that my life changed forever! Now I want to offer all that I have learned with everyone and anyone who wants to learn! I have traveled to over 40 countries and shared my message in each; I have also learned from the best teachers in the world! Such a blessing!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been at all. In America, 22 veterans a day commit suicide, and I was on the same path! Wasn’t until I found yoga that I derailed that path and have had to work through my injuries to become who I am today!

As you know, we’re big fans of The Balance Studio. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about the brand?
We offer teaching on a higher level than most studios. Our goal is to be the educators of the yoga teaching world. We have the highest and most talented staff, and all of our yoga teachers are also certified personal trainers I am also a Certified Life Coach!

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Seeing people smile and come together in a community! Being there for people when no one else is…. Sharing a message of love!
