We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as relatively smooth road?
I opened a successful business during the last housing market crash. The challenges associated with that time in our country taught me invaluable lessons. But the biggest challenge is trying to help those who are drawn to health and wellness and mindfulness practices because of their own battles. You never know when somebody is in front of you whose life literally depends on your help. I love helping others achieve their goals and make mew life habits. When a client experiences a life shift, it makes me feel so good.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
