Hi Chaniqua, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Originally I started my business in April of 2019, I knew I wanted to make all-natural skin and beauty products as well as men’s beard products, it was a quick start-up because I wanted to get the ideas out of my head and executed. I spent a lot of money to start-up and when the money ran out, I stopped. I took a year off and found a better job that could help support my business and allow me to start properly. I did a lot of research on how to properly start a business, I researched everything that I possibly could. I made a website, I got my LLC, I opened a business bank account, and made sure I had the proper ein for my business. I did not launch anything until my website was done and I knew which products I was going to have. I launched my website August 10th, 2020, and have been consistent ever since. I am constantly re-branding and making sure my business looks professional and matches my personality, simple but extravagant.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No it has not been a smooth road, the biggest struggle is keeping consistent business and finding my target market to promote to.

I hand make all-natural skincare, face care, and men’s beard products, all my products are safe for men, women, and children and can be customized to the needs of the consumer. I am known for my whipped body butters and bath salts. I am most proud of my whole entire business and everything that I have come up with so far. The main thing that sets me apart from others is I will customize everything that the consumer wants and needs. Most companies don’t have the option to customize products as needed, but I don’t have any restrictions to my products.
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
I do everything on my own, from my website to my logo to my labels.
