Hi Tony, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Raised and educated in London, England, Tony Davids relocated with his family to Celebration Florida in 2001 to expand his Company into the US and planted firm roots as a Specialist Broker with International Sales. Relatively few Agents in the US hold the CIPS designation (Certified International Property Specialist) and are supported by a small team of full-time professionals, TonyDavidsHomes LLC offers a unique and personalized service to all buyers and sellers both locally and globally
In 2002 after relocating to Orlando Florida, my family were invited via Disney in Celebration Town, to be featured on a BBC TV Reality Series called A Place In The Sun. We had opened and managed a Sherlock Holmes Themed Tearoom, Wineshop and Store in Disney’s Downtown Celebration. Soon after being viewed and repeated on National BBC TV and Sky television in Europe, we were inundated by Europeans coming on Vacation to Orlando and seeking us out for advice to move and relocate to Florida. I helped many families follow our footsteps and began my journey as a Realtor in 2002 to help newly relocated families find a home in and outside of Celebration. in 2004 I became a Broker and started a Team specializing in relocation services, 20 years later we continue to help buyers and sellers in Celebration and now service all of Orlando, Disney’s Golden Oak Community and surrounding communities
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
In 2007, our market crashed and all residents in Celebration lost up to 50% in their home values. We quickly had to pivot to continue in Real Estate where all sales came to a grinding halt. We became proficient in Foreclosure defense using several Attorneys helping families who had taken crippling 3 Year ARM Mortgages that doubled in interest in 2007 to 2008 – the new Business Model was in Short sales helping families to avoid foreclosures and having their re-adjusted mortgages in default waived of all debt upon the sale of their homes using Short Sales. This continued until 2012 and the market slowly stabilized and returned to normal

Having been in business for over 23 years, we specialize in both the domestic and international markets, often featured in Trade Shows, representing buyers, developers, and overseas Investors.
We are known for our long-term experience, negotiations, assistance in remodeling, and helping Investors achieve portfolios of high-end rental properties.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Being honest, direct and always available to our clients with immediate responses to questions and backed up by an extensive list of support groups from Contractor Vendors to Interior Designers To Legal Aid and Finance.
