Today we’d like to introduce you to Rick Harvey.
Hi Rick, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I got my start in this industry while still in high-school when I was working for the cable company. After graduation I went to work for a data networking and audio video company. Fast forward 15 years to 2023 when my best friend and I decided to go business for our selves. We haven’t looked back since. We are proud of what we do, the custom systems we have designed, the projects we have been a part of and the people we serve. We like to think we coined the term Digital Concierge, we don’t know if that’s true or not though. What I can tell you is that if you need totally custom, one of a kind, network based audio video system for your home or office, we are the guys you want to call.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I wish! Nothing worth having comes easy. Its been nothing but 20 hour days since we started, but we embody the old saying work hard play hard.

We provide cutting-edge Digital Signage Solutions and reliable Networked Audio Video Systems for the hospitality and tourism sector.
We’re always seeking to connect with owners, managers, and key decision-makers to discuss how we can enhance their guest experience and streamline their operations.
We are proud that no two of our systems will ever be the same.
When our clients tell us they cant live without us, well that’s very rewarding. And when we see their guest dancing and losing their selves to the music or the visuals of a laser show, well that’s next level.
How do you think about luck?
I don’t know about luck but we are truly blessed with a mix of good timing, good friends and great work ethic.
