Inspiring Conversations with Natalie Citarelli of Citarelli Realty Group

Today we’d like to introduce you to Natalie Citarelli.

Hi Natalie, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My mom has always taught me to set goals and to be smart financially. At the age of 18, I started doing bookkeeping at a real estate company and I got my nursing license at 21. My mom was always telling me to get something that would be consistent with a consistent income, but I was always a bold individual that wanted things that were different. I decided to get my real estate and mortgage license at the age of 21 to 22 while still doing nursing, I would dip into these endeavors while buying properties.

After going through a breakup, I realized who I was and what I wanted and the older I got the more mature I become the less I cared what others thought and the more I wanted to live life and make sure I accomplished every goal that I had wrote down that I wanted with the hunger to get it! I became more and more successful as I got comfortable in my skin and how and where certain personalities fit in my business wheel. I could see potential in people and would reach out or keep a connection to see how they could fit in my business world. I enjoy watching others grow and the excitement of those who enjoyed the adrenaline rush with me as we made money and watch the growth in the company and others. I did decide to try something different and be a female that would buy a Lamborghini Huracan it was a big investment, not One I normally would make cars depreciate and it was not something considered to be an appreciating asset. Best move I ever made!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It was not always a smooth road I was doing great at 21, buying homes in a relationship and then the market crashed at 28 pregnant and losing my relationship I was stuck short selling, claiming bankruptcy, and getting over heartache all at the same time with a newborn baby.

We’ve been impressed with Citarelli Realty Group, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Buyer’s Agent, Listing Agent, Relocation, Short-Sale, and Property Management. I have been doing Real Estate since 2003 specializing in all areas of Florida… I focus on connecting to real people not being just a sales woman I think it’s important to learn about the clients you are dealing with in order to help them to the fullest. I have a sales team of professionals who are bilingual and can tailor to any other languages if needed and available to show homes as well to work around our clients’ schedule. I stay up to date on what’s going on in all areas to give me best ways to market my listings or get the best deal for my buyers with my expertise in negotiating. I have had a passion for Real estate since I was 18, at 21, started investing in homes and renovating houses in marketable areas that were in high demand.

I focused a lot on location and learned very quickly how to negotiate deals and save money. I realized I should get licensed in this field so I can share my expertise and experience with others helping them to buy or sell their home… Which I realized I enjoyed more than anything. Purchase a Home Get someone who knows your area! I can work with you to find the right home, neighborhood amenities you want and help you to negotiate and guide you through the process. Sell a Home we advertise locally, internationally and have a great marketing campaign we use to put your home on the websites it needs to be. Your home needs strategic advertising, we show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. Consult on Home Selling Tactics We have stagers that know what needs to be done to show your home’s layout for those who cant visualize like you. I can make a home attractive to its ideal audience – which sells it at top dollar. Making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that’s sold fast. Most importantly placing it at the correct price.
