Exploring Life & Business with Brittany Diaz of The Pretty Table Co.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Diaz.

Hi Brittany, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Food has always been the heartbeat of my life—it brings people together, sparks conversation, and creates memories. Anyone who knows me knows how deeply I love hosting, and more importantly spending time with the people I care about. Add in my constant need to create something beautiful, and The Pretty Table Co was born.

In 2022, I fell in love with the art of charcuterie boards. It wasn’t just a trend to me—it felt like coming home. Growing up, my mom was a single parent for a time, and like many, she had to get creative with what we had. Some nights, she’d ask, “Do you girls want to make a cold plate?” and we’d light up. Our “cold plates” were simple—deli meats, cheese, crackers, maybe some fruit if we had it—but she’d arrange them on something pretty and it felt like a fancy feast.

Looking back, those moments taught me something lasting: that love and intention are the most important ingredients. Now, I carry that lesson into every board I make—elevating everyday ingredients into something beautiful and special.

At The Pretty Table Co, it’s not just about food. It’s about connection, creativity, and celebrating the small things—together.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I’m incredibly blessed to share life with my amazing husband of 13 years and our four beautiful children. They are truly my greatest joy and inspiration. For most of the past decade, I’ve been a stay-at-home mom—an experience I cherish deeply. In between pursuing my dream, I dipped back into the corporate world with a traditional 9-to-5, but something always felt off. I wasn’t fulfilled, and more importantly, I didn’t feel fully present for my family.

I began to crave more—more balance, more freedom, more purpose. I dreamed of building something that was mine. Something I loved. A way to contribute financially while still being there for school drop-offs, bedtime stories, and all the little moments that matter so much.
But for a long time, self-doubt kept me stuck. The fear of failure, of not being “enough”—it weighed heavily. Still, that dream never went away. Eventually, I took a leap of faith, unsure of what the outcome would be—but knowing I had to try. It’s been a challenging transition, building something from scratch while still hurdling over all life’s to-dos.

That leap changed everything. Since then, I haven’t looked back.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
At The Pretty Table Co., everything is made with love. From the very first message, I prioritize genuine connection—learning about your celebrations, your wins, and the little joys that make life special. It’s through these connections that trust is built, turning first-time customers into returning clients.

Whether you’re feeding 10 people or 100, we’ve got you covered. I specialize in boards and graze tables that burst with flavor, color, and elegance—crafted to be as beautiful as they are delicious. Because at The Pretty Table Co., it’s never just food—it’s an experience.

My brand is an extension of who I am. I’ve poured my heart into every detail—from the core values it stands on to designing the logo by hand. This isn’t just a business; it’s personal. I created it to reflect what matters most to me: building something meaningful and lasting. Every product, message, and interaction is crafted with care and intention, because I want my company to represent not just what I do, but who I am.

We are certified, insured, and all orders are prepared in a licensed kitchen. I proudly serve Brevard County and surrounding areas.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters most to me is creating something meaningful and lasting. Whether it’s in relationships, work, or small daily actions, I’m driven by the desire to contribute in a way that endures—something that holds value beyond the moment. I aspire to live this out every day, knowing that even the smallest meaningful act can have a lasting impact. I hope to leave behind a beautiful mark in this world.
