Hi Samantha, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
We started our journey back in 2021 with nothing but a dream—and a shell of a building that needed everything (seriously… new floors, walls, plumbing, electrical—you name it!). With a whole lot of elbow grease, amazing support from our family, and a shared passion for creating a tattoo shop like no one else’s, we built Bonnie n Clyde Tattoo Studio with our own two hands.
Since then, we’ve been overwhelmed with love from our community. We’ve been voted Best Tattoo Shop in Brevard two years in a row—and we’re crossing our fingers for a three-peat this year!
At the end of the day, it’s not just about tattoos—it’s about making people feel welcomed, comfortable, and proud to wear our art forever.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Definitely not a smooth road—but every bump was worth it!
We got the keys to our building in April 2021 thinking, “Hey, $15k should flip this place no problem.” Spoiler alert: it wasn’t even close! We ended up pouring nearly $80k into renovations before we could even open our doors. It was a wild ride—stressful, overwhelming, and honestly a little scary.
But our families had our backs the entire time. Their support—both emotionally and financially—made all the difference. Without them, we wouldn’t be where we are today. They believed in our vision when it was just a dusty shell of a shop, and that means everything to us.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
At our studio, we’re proud to have a team of six incredibly talented artists—each with their own unique style and specialty. Between us, we cover just about every corner of the tattoo industry: from bold traditional to fine-line realism, black and grey to vibrant color, and everything in between.
What sets us apart is the experience we create. We don’t just want clients to get a great tattoo—we want them to feel great getting it. Our shop has a warm, welcoming vibe, and we’re all about making people feel comfortable, heard, and hyped about their artwork.
We’re most proud of the reputation we’ve built in the community. Not only for the quality of our work, but for the way we treat people. At the end of the day, it’s not just about ink—it’s about connection, creativity, and care.
