Matt and Anna Seagle and Jack, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Hi! We’re Matt and Anna Seagle, the husband-and-wife team behind Goldenbear Event Rentals. Along with our loyal sidekick, Jack the Goldendoodle, and our amazing delivery staff, we provide our unique wooden wedding and event rental pieces to all of Central Florida. What started as a search for the perfect farm tables for our own wedding in 2020, quickly turned into a small business with a niche. Many of our rentals were hand made by us so a lot of heart has gone into building out our rental collection. We specialize in intimate gatherings and weddings with up to 150 guests. Our polished rustic furniture brings the charm of farmhouse tables to your event at a price that fits even the most DIY-friendly budget. All of our pieces are designed to withstand the Florida elements as most of our events take place outdoors.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Growing our business has been so rewarding. We are always so tickled when our clients share with us how everyone at their event was raving about how beautiful our farm tables are. The majority of our events take place on residential properties and so it can be challenging at times to navigate various obstacles like uneven ground or tight spaces. We have to get creative sometimes but we never leave until the customer is happy with the placement. The growth of our little boutique rental company has been mostly smooth and organic, adding pieces as we hear the need from our customers. We attribute this to the fact that we are catering to an underserved niche – backyard and DIY weddings.

What really sets Goldenbear Event Rentals apart from other wedding and event rental companies in the Orlando area is that we are owner operated. From beginning to end you are interacting with the owner. Another thing that is different about us is that we deliver to remote places and properties where other rental companies will not deliver to.
How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
It makes us happy when customers request an appearance from Jack, our Goldendoodle mascot. He loves to tag along on deliveries but only by customer request of course. Ultimately though, it makes us most happy to see the smiling faces of our customers and the beautiful photos they share of their events. To know we had a part in putting together a special event that made lasting memories and brought loved ones together, is the most rewarding feeling of all.
Pricing:
- We do our best to make sure that we are competitively priced. The best deals we offer are on our packages. We have 6 different packages for events starting with just 30 guests and all the way up to 100 guests. These package prices include the delivery fee and are steeply discounted.
