Hi Nicole, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I didn’t set out to start a school. I just wanted to help.
For years, I worked as a preschool teacher, showing up every day to create a space where little ones felt seen, safe, and excited to learn. But when I went through a pregnancy loss and was later diagnosed with PCOS, my world shifted. Infertility wasn’t just a word on a page—it became a personal story. And it changed how I saw everything.
In that grief, I found a deeper calling.
I became a postpartum doula, pediatric sleep specialist and newborn care specialist, walking alongside families in those raw, beautiful early days. And the more families I served, the more I realized what was missing: a place where parents felt supported, not judged. A place where kids could thrive, not just be supervised. A space filled with belonging.
That’s why I created Adventure World Kids.
It’s not just an indoor playground or a learning center—it’s a space built from lived experience, and with so much love. Every corner of it reflects what I wished existed when I was struggling: joy, structure, warmth, and connection.

The journey has been full of growth, passion, and purpose. While it hasn’t always been simple, it’s been incredibly rewarding. Every step — from supporting families one-on-one as a postpartum doula and sleep specialist, to creating a space like Adventure World Kids — has been guided by a deep love for children and a desire to give parents something real, helpful, and heart-centered.
There’s been a lot of behind-the-scenes work, long days, and careful planning to bring this vision to life — but it’s never felt like a burden. It’s been a labor of love. Watching children laugh, play, and learn while parents connect and feel supported — that’s what makes every moment meaningful.
It’s been a beautiful ride, and I feel so lucky to do what I love every single day.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that every family’s journey is unique, and true support comes from meeting them exactly where they are—without judgment, pressure, or one-size-fits-all solutions. Listening deeply, showing empathy, and offering practical, personalized guidance is what makes the biggest difference.
Parenting is beautiful but often messy, and it’s okay not to have all the answers. What matters most is creating a safe space for growth—both for the child and the parent—and remembering that small, consistent steps lead to lasting change.
This lesson shapes everything I do, whether I’m coaching a new parent through sleep challenges or creating an environment at Adventure World Kids where kids feel confident and loved. It’s about honoring each family’s story and walking alongside them with kindness and respect
