Hi Aura, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Absolutely! I’m a proud latin woman, a mom, an entrepreneur, and above all, someone who believes that dreams are built—literally, brick by brick. My journey began over a decade ago when I moved to the U.S. with the same dream many of my clients have today: building stability, prosperity, and a legacy for my family.
After years of growth, both personally and professionally, I discovered real estate wasn’t just a career for me—it was a platform to help others achieve the same dream. That’s how Real Estate by Aura was born. It’s more than a business; it’s my mission to guide families, investors, and entrepreneurs to make smart real estate decisions in Florida.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Arriving as an immigrant with no contacts or deep knowledge of the U.S. market was a huge challenge. But I turned that into motivation. I studied, got certified, knocked on doors, I worked in Miami area for years with a developer of luxury houses who was my mentor, and above all, focused on building authentic relationships.
Being a Latina woman in a highly competitive industry pushed me to create my own space. Today, I’m proud to say I’ve helped dozens of families relocate or invest in Florida—even during market shifts or economic uncertainty.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Real Estate by Aura?
First, my human approach. I don’t just sell houses—I help people transform their lives. I specialize in working with successful Hispanic families and entrepreneurs, many of whom are relocating from other states or countries like Texas, New York, New Jersey or investors from Colombia, or Mexico to purchase their properties in Florida.
Second, my obsession with numbers. It’s not just about emotions; my clients get professional market insights, appreciation potential, ROI projections, financing options, and long-term investment strategies. With me, every purchase is a strategic, educated decision.
And third, honesty. I’d rather lose a sale than see someone make a bad decision. That builds trust—and that’s why many of my clients end up becoming friends and ambassadors for my brand.
What are your plans for the future?
Florida will continue to be a magnet for both investors and families worldwide. Areas like Orlando, Lake Nona, Clermont, Kissimmee, and Miami are booming—especially with pre-construction projects, emerging neighborhoods, and vacation properties.
The key is being well-informed and acting at the right time. The next 3–5 years will bring incredible opportunities, but you need to be strategic. My commitment is to guide my clients to seize the moment, protect their investments, and build their future here.
