Check Out Eusebia Rivera’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Eusebia Rivera.

Hi Eusebia, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
One Way Collective was born during a season in my life when I was deeply searching for purpose and direction. I’ve always believed that life isn’t random—that we’re each here for a reason. That belief led me to create something that wasn’t just about products, but about reminding people that there is a true path for their lives.

What started as a simple idea—putting meaningful messages on shirts—quickly became a creative space to inspire reflection, connection, and purpose. Over time, it grew into more than just a brand. Projects like Blessing Bags, where we serve those in need, became part of the mission too.

For me, One Way Collective is a way of living intentionally—of reminding ourselves and others that we were made for something more. And if this platform can help even one person get a little closer to that deeper truth, then it’s worth every step.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road—at all.

There were (and still are) moments of doubt, where I wonder if what I’m doing is actually reaching people or if it’s really worth it. I’ve had to fight through fear—fear of being misunderstood, of not being “enough,” or of sharing something that might feel too personal.

One of the biggest challenges has been doing things with limited resources. From creating content to organizing outreach projects like Blessing Bags, it’s not always easy to balance vision with reality. There are days when I’ve felt overwhelmed, but I always go back to the reason why I started—because I believe people need hope, and I want to be part of that.

It’s been a journey full of learning, stretching, and trusting. And even in the hard moments, I’ve seen how everything has helped me grow—not just creatively, but personally too.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
My daily work is as a caregiver at an assisted living facility, which has deeply shaped how I see people and the importance of compassion. Every day, I’m reminded of the struggles and hopes in each person’s story, and that fuels my passion for One Way Collective.

Through the Collective, I create meaningful designs and content that encourage reflection and hope, aiming to reach people who might be searching for purpose or comfort. What I’m most proud of is how this project has grown into more than just apparel—it’s become a way to serve others, especially through outreach like Blessing Bags for those in need.

What sets me apart is that my work and my mission are deeply connected—caring for others in real life inspires me to create something that can touch hearts beyond my immediate circle. It’s about authenticity, empathy, and making a difference both in small daily moments and in bigger ways through the Collective.

What makes you happy?
What makes me happy is seeing people feel seen, valued, and loved—whether it’s through my work as a caregiver or through the messages I share with One Way Collective. Knowing I can bring a little hope or light into someone’s day means everything to me.
