Today we’d like to introduce you to Chris Vazquez.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I come from San Juan Puerto Rico, I moved to the US back in 2009 and lived all the way till 2020 in Miami. After the pandemic I lost my jobs and had to find something, one thing led to another and I ended up moving to Orlando, starting new, alone, but willing to do anything it takes to get to where I wanted to get to. I’m in school for recording arts and my big dream is to one day work for Sony pictures, but through working on that dream I fell in love with fitness, day by day I got more and more I got the business until one day I decided to take the step to make my own personal training company, two years later I’m still here training clients in the Orlando area, helping them get the body they dream of without having to break the bank! I’m also starting my new career as a body builder with one competition under my belt, placing 4th. I have another one coming up the 19th in altamonte (typope classic) and also help others work on their posing and nutrition.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No it has not been a smooth road, I’ve had a lot of mental, physical and financial problems through the road but no matter what came by, how many time I fell, I always got back up and kept moving forwards. Law I follow is Doris way of living, sometimes you just gotta keep swimming!
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I specialivze in helping others reach the body of their dreams without having to get into strict diets or having to break the bank. I focus on weight loss, muscle gain, prep coach, nutrition, ecs. Everything personal training we do here at topher fit
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
Life is not meant to be easy, all good things take time and discipline. Just keep showing up and be consistent
