Hi Charles, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started out as a tour coordinator in Florida. Throwing concerts/ tours all down the east coast. Made a ton of money but wasn’t making any real connections . After 10 years I packed up and relocated to Las Vegas to continue my journey .Being there for a year I ran into a representative with a big Distribution company Vydia. They gave me a Jr a&r position which eventually lead to them fully funding my operation and consonant Kre8tive Distro In Orlando,Fl . We are the very first music distribution company in Orlando ,Fl and extremely proud . We wanted to give the artist benefits that west coast or Ny artist have . You can walk in the building of who represents you . We currently distribute for over 100+ Artist starting Oct 24 staffed with 7-10 A&R’s which maybe 5 are Orlando based . We are growing fast and hope to be the biggest distribution company in Florida.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Being a new company getting artist to buy into the product we’re selling as well as putting together a team that will understand and work together effectively. As well as competing with the major distro companies

What were you like growing up?
Growing up I always lead! I like to tell people I’m not a alpha male or beta male
I am an Omega . I don’t have to establish dominance or make sure you know I am a leader . I naturally do my thing and people tend to follow me . Growing up I had a great family but only depended on me . College scholarship , tore my acl 50 points away from 1000 point club , carriage since freshmen year
