As a husband-and-wife duo, Christina and Perry McIntyre Jr. bring passion, expertise, and a shared vision to The Valentine. With a background in project management and systems improvement and development, Christina has a passion for organization, design, and seamless execution, ensuring every event is flawlessly curated. Perry, an accomplished Insurance Claims Adjuster, bringing years of expertise in problem-solving, customer service, and handling high-stakes situations with expertise, is dedicated to making each client’s experience smooth and stress-free.

Together, Christina and Perry have poured their combined expertise, creativity, and ambition into The Valentine, setting a new standard for affordable modern event spaces. Their mission is to provide an elegant, versatile venue where clients can bring their dream events to life whether it’s an intimate wedding, milestone celebration, or corporate gathering, without the high price tag. With their dedication to exceptional service and a keen focus on the details that matter, The Valentine is more than just a venue; it’s a place where unforgettable memories are made!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Since opening The Valentine Event Venue, we’ve been incredibly grateful for the warm welcome and positive feedback from the community. Guests often compliment our modern design, attentive customer service, affordability, and the convenience of ample parking.

That said, like many new businesses, what has been most important for us is building awareness. We’re continually working to get our name out there so that more people in our local community know about us and consider The Valentine when planning their special events. We understand that growth takes time, and we’re excited for what’s ahead!
