Conversations with the team behind ByVibras

Today we’d like to introduce you to Moises Vivas And Laura Montes.

Hi Moises Vivas and Laura Montes, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
ByVibras began as a shared hobby, born from our passion for the arts from music and photography to writing. When we decided to work independently and make a living doing what we love, we started with start-ups and people we knew, building our portfolio until our first big break with a liquor brand. Since then, we’ve grown into a creative duo working on events and in the beauty, fashion, and liquor industries. Our approach blends authenticity, creativity, and a personal touch, always aiming to create content that not only looks great but truly connects.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t been a smooth road, but every challenge has shaped us. In the beginning, we had to learn how to balance our roles as co-founders, manage our finances strategically, and invest wisely to grow the company. We also had to figure out how to turn our creative passion into a sustainable business. Each struggle taught us something valuable, and today we see challenges as opportunities to adapt, improve, and keep moving forward.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
At ByVibras, we love taking an idea and bringing it to life on screen. It’s not just about making pretty videos, it’s about creating something that truly connects and leaves a feeling with whoever watches it.
People know us for being authentic, creative, and for making the whole process feel personal and fun. What we enjoy the most is seeing our clients have just as much fun working with us as they do loving the final result.

And if there’s one thing that sets us apart, it’s that we combine high-level visual quality with a very personal approach to each brand, so every project feels unique, human, and full of intention.

What were you like growing up?
Laura has always been super outgoing. She was the kind of person who’d be singing and dancing everywhere, always imagining stage setups and music videos in her head. She’s always been very expressive, with an energy that makes everything come to life.
I (Moises), on the other hand, have always been passionate about art but also about entrepreneurship. At 18, I had my first business, and since then my journey as an entrepreneur has just kept evolving. I love learning, creating, and innovating.

In the end, that mix, Laura’s expressive creativity and my artistic side combined with an entrepreneurial spirit, is what gives ByVibras its energy and vision today.
