Today we’d like to introduce you to Tracy Hickson.
Hi Tracy, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
A local LMT for 22 years with lots of life and professional experience. I intuitively was guided to go to massage school.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No! it’s been a huge adventure with lots of ups and downs. I gave up too much time and energy to the wrong people, My personal healing journey lines up with my healing practice. In 2017 after some rough years at a toxic job, I decided to get sober, and heal my childhood trauma, This is when I decided I wanted to open my own place. I wanted to provide a safe space for people to get high quality body and energy work.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’ve been a bodyworker for 22 years. I have experience in a wide variety of settings, from working in med spas, resorts, an acupuncture office, a manager /massage position at a family owned business, until ultimately opening my own business in the summer of 2019. I take all my experience and learned modalities to customize a well rounded treatment for my clients.
My specialties are therapeutic , craniosacral, and I’m a Reiki practitioner.
I’m most proud of beginning my healing journey, giving up alcohol, and finally opening my own practice. I played small for too long. People made lots of money off me and my skillset.

Honesty, authenticity, being vulnerable, and truly holding space for my clients sets me apart from a lot of therapists.
I’m known for phenomenal, high quality bodywork.
So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
It’s very important for me to live my truth. I wanna be a inspiration for other people who have struggled with self esteem and self worth, I want people to believe in themselves and not let others opinions criticisms derail them. Leading by example is extremely important to me, because at the end of the day you walk away with integrity and character. You can be the light. Practice what you preach,
