Viviana, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’m Viviana, founder and master scalp Micropigmentation artist of Discreet Cosmetic Studio in Orlando, FL. I was born in Colombia, moved to the U.S. as a teen, spent my teenage years in New York, and eventually made my way to sunny Florida in 2001. I’m a Wife, Mom to an amazing boy, I love Animals and Traveling the world.
I’m very Passionate about fitness and staying healthy. I believe in taking care of our bodies, living fully, and loving hard.
How did I get into SMP?
After having my son, I started experiencing some hair loss during postpartum and began looking into solutions. That’s when I discovered scalp micropigmentation. I had never heard of it before, but I was immediately intrigued. I ended up attending a conference in Orlando, where I met artists in the industry and clients who had undergone the procedure. I instantly fell in love with the transformation SMP offers and knew I wanted to be a part of it.
Now I help others feel confident again by recreating hairlines, adding density, and camouflaging scars. I bring confidence back—one follicle at a time.
What services do I offer?
I specialize in scalp micropigmentation to reconstruct natural-looking hairlines, add density to thinning hair, and camouflage scars—especially those left behind by hair transplants or surgery. At Discreet Cosmetic Studio we also offer a variety of other services including Rejuvenation and hormone therapy, stem cells, growth hormone and recovery peptides, IV therapy, hair restoration, weight loss,Botox, aesthetics, professional teeth whitening, para-medical tattoos, PMU and conventional tattoos.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Starting a business from the ground up is never easy—especially in the SMP industry, a field largely dominated by men. In the beginning, I faced the challenge of finding the right trainers, mentors, and, most importantly, clients. Working with a limited budget made securing the right location and setup even more difficult.
Over the years, I’ve navigated those obstacles, built a strong reputation, and discovered the right location, marketing strategies, and business partnerships to help my business thrive. Today, I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to work with incredible clients and to deliver exceptional service and results.
