Winter Ramos of Waterford lakes on Life, Lessons & Legacy

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Winter Ramos. Check out our conversation below.

Winter, it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: Have you stood up for someone when it cost you something?
I will be the first to stand up for what is right regardless to what I have to lose! Doing what’s right when no one is looking is important!

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Wardrobe Stylist | Image Consultant | Fashion Expert
With over 25 years in the fashion industry, I bring decades of style expertise, trend knowledge, and a passion for helping people feel confident in their look. I’ve watched fashion evolve and know how to tailor timeless elegance with modern trends. Whether you need closet restoration, personal shopping, or image consulting, my goal is to elevate your style for every occasion—be it a red-carpet event, a corporate presentation, or everyday confidence.

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
My relationship with God has played a major role in shaping how I see myself. Striving to be a good person and helping others whenever I can has helped me grow into someone who feels free and trustworthy.”

When did you last change your mind about something important?
The last time I changed my mind about something important was when I was offered a job away from home. At first, the idea of moving to a new place felt overwhelming, and I turned it down. But over the following week, something in me shifted. I realized I was holding myself back out of fear, not reason. I knew it was time for a change. I called back, half-expecting the opportunity to be gone, but the position was still available. I accepted it, and that decision has pushed me to grow in ways I never expected.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Is the public version of you the real you?
Choosing to be the same person in private and public reflects integrity, self-awareness, and a commitment to something greater than the approval of others. When you say “the ONE judging me is everywhere,” it speaks to a sense of divine accountability or a moral compass rooted in something unshakable.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
My customers would miss my sense of humor. They will also miss my honesty.
