Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Krystal Quint of Orlando, FL

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Krystal Quint. Check out our conversation below.

Krystal , really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What makes you lose track of time—and find yourself again?
For me, it’s surfing. When I’m out on the water, I completely lose track of time. The rhythm of the waves, the salt air, the feeling of being held by something so much bigger than me,it’s like a moving meditation. Surfing reconnects me back to myself. I always step off my board feeling lighter, more present, and reminded of who I am outside of all the roles I juggle as a mom, a business owner, and many other things.. It’s where I find joy, play, and freedom.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m the founder of Hot Girl Revival. I recently rebranded my business to focus on self-empowerment and helping people find their way back to themselves. My work blends spirituality, mindset shifts, and that unapologetic “hot girl energy” to guide others through the process of choosing themselves again and again. What makes my brand special is that it isn’t about chasing a dream, a “wonder girl”or fixing yourself, it’s about remembering who you already are underneath the noise, the burnout, and the limiting beliefs.
Right now, I’m working on growing my podcast and creating a series of affordable masterclasses geared towards this. All my programs and content give people practical tools to take you beyond surface level transformation. My story and my brand are all about empowerment, choosing joy, and helping others step into their own magic. ✨

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who taught you the most about work?
Honestly, my mom. I noticed everything growing up, the late pick ups, her having to call out when my siblings and I were sick, and all the struggles that came with being a single mom. Even though I was little, it stayed with me.. She didn’t have it easy, but she kept going, and that showed me what real strength and work ethic look like.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I’d tell her, “Stop trying to make everyone else happy at the expense of yourself.” I used to struggle so bad with people-pleasing. It felt like my worth, and ability to be loved was tied to keeping everyone else comfortable, even if I was miserable. And honestly, it still creeps in sometimes, but now I’m way better at catching it at the very beginning and reminding myself that my happiness matters too.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Is the public version of you the real you?
Honestly, yes, the public version of me is very much the real me. What you see is what you get. The more I’ve stepped into myself, the less I feel the need to hold back. I try to keep it real, open, and honest because that’s the energy I want to put out into the world. And truly, I’m always just a DM away if you ever want to ask me something about me or my work.

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. What will you regret not doing?
Honestly, nothing. And I don’t mean that in a crude way, it’s just that if I want to learn something or try something new, I’ll figure out how to make it happen. I’ll find the resources, the time, or the way. The only “regret” I’d probably ever have is not starting sooner. And that’s really the heart of Hot Girl Revival, reminding people that it’s never too late to choose yourself, to start again, or to create the life you actually want. You don’t have to wait for the “perfect time.” You just have to decide.
