Today we’d like to introduce you to Edoardo Morera.
Hi Edoardo, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always been drawn to creativity, which led me to pursue a degree in Marketing and Advertising. From the start of my career, I made it a point to gain experience across different areas of marketing—not just creative, but also sales, strategy, and performance. Working in sales early on gave me a unique perspective on how closely marketing and revenue generation are linked. It taught me how important it is to build campaigns that not only look great but actually convert.
Throughout the years, I’ve developed a well-rounded understanding of the entire marketing ecosystem—from creative concepting to execution, optimization, and reporting. That’s been one of my biggest strengths is being able to bridge the gap between sales and marketing with strategic campaigns that are both beautiful and effective.
At Epic Motion, I get to combine that big-picture thinking with hands-on creative work. I love helping small business owners and personal brands bring their ideas to life—whether it’s developing brands and websites or launching digital campaigns that drive real results. There’s something really powerful about being part of someone’s vision and seeing it grow and thrive. For me, it’s not just about aesthetics—it’s about helping people succeed through thoughtful, results-driven marketing.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Launching your own business is never a straight line. It takes passion, consistency, and a willingness to keep going—even when things get tough. Starting Epic Motion came with its fair share of challenges: figuring out how to scale while staying true to my creative vision, building trust with clients, and wearing multiple hats in the early days.
There were moments of uncertainty, especially in the beginning—navigating budgets, finding the right collaborators, and learning how to balance the creative work with the business side. But each challenge helped me grow and sharpen the way I approach both strategy and leadership. I’ve learned that the most important thing is to keep showing up, stay curious, and never lose sight of why you started in the first place.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Every project I take on is a new story waiting to be told. What I love most about my work is getting to know the founder, and the “why” behind it all—what inspired them to start, what they’re hoping to build, and what their vision looks like. My goal is to take that vision and bring it to life through bold, effective creative.
I specialize in crafting campaigns that not only look beautiful but are also strategically built to convert. Whether it’s brand identity, digital campaigns, or full-scale launches, I focus on delivering work that connects emotionally and drives results. I draw inspiration from everything around me—nature, art, pop culture, everyday moments—because I believe creativity is everywhere if you’re paying attention.
What sets me apart is the way I blend strategic thinking with a genuine passion for storytelling. I don’t just create assets—I help build brands people feel connected to.
One thing I’m especially proud of is the work I’ve done within the LGBTQ+ space. It’s incredibly meaningful to create campaigns that reflect and uplift diverse communities. Being able to contribute creatively to brands that align with who I am and what I believe in—that’s the kind of work that fuels me.
What does success mean to you?
For me, success starts with achieving the client’s goals—whether that’s launching a brand, driving sales, or bringing a creative vision to life. But true success is when those clients come back for future projects and feel confident enough to refer me to others. That kind of trust and ongoing relationship is the highest compliment and the clearest sign that the work is not only effective but meaningful.
