Today we’d like to introduce you to Brenden Rendo.
Brenden, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started in the real estate business in 1998 as a mortgage broker, then evloved through the years and great recession to do hard money loans, flips for investor and got my real estate license in 2012. Since then I have build a solid solo agent practice.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
no, never…going through a divorce, running a mortgage business, surviving the down turn of 2007 and 2008, and changing to a full time real estate agent. The road has been very bumpy.

LOl, good questions, I am most proud that my clients know that I always represented to the fullest of my ability for their benefit. That I am no fluff, just straight truth.
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
I see the industry becoming more professional, and becoming harder for those who do not commit to it full time.
