Hi Dianne, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’m not only the founder of Health and Wellness Orlando. I’m my own biggest client
Upon arriving at the doctors office some 12 to 15 approximately years ago, I would find out that my health was in trouble cholesterol heart weight. I took it upon myself to go to the school of nutrition and fix myself and I’m a business lady. I have a real estate company I do mortgages why not make a business where you can help people in health too because I’m not the only person that ran into that issue hence that my story starts here I am today Still working in the business me I’m all cleared up. I’m not borderline anything. I’m 100% clean my blood work is awesome and I help other people do the same.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Very smooth road for my walk when I walk with other people I don’t believe it’s so smooth for them because they don’t realize that it’s you helping you I am just a coach

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
my many business qualities as mentioned I run many businesses that is what made me successful and like I said I’m not only the business owner. I’m my own client. You have to work on this every day. It’s not something you said in stone and you turn away, it’s continuous work and I love it.
