Now a thriving business here in Central Florida with our seven kids helping make Roast On Wheels our passion come to life. Together, we balance rustic tradition with culinary expertise, ensuring that every event feels both down-to-earth and elevated.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like any growing business, Roast on Wheels has faced its share of challenges. One of the biggest has been educating people on what a DIY pig roast actually is—many hosts are intrigued but unsure if they can handle cooking a whole hog themselves. By creating simple instructions, offering support throughout the process, and making it approachable (just a cup of coffee and a hose!), the team has turned that hesitation into excitement.
Another challenge has been the logistics of mobility. Every event is different—driveways, backyards, wineries, or large venues—and making sure the equipment, timing, and setup all run smoothly has required constant fine-tuning.
