Keysie Kemp shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Keysie, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What do you think others are secretly struggling with—but never say?
Most people are silently battling pressure. Pressure to look successful, stay positive, and keep everything together even when they’re burned out or unsure. We’ve created a culture where vulnerability feels like weakness, so a lot of people are carrying heavy loads behind polished smiles. I think many are just trying to balance being seen as capable while quietly craving space to just be human for a moment.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Keysie Kemp, founder of Just Peachy P Beauty, a self-care brand built on the belief that confidence starts with care. I specialize in natural skincare, body waxing, and beauty services that help clients feel comfortable in their skin inside and out. What makes my brand special is the vibe: its luxury meets realness. I started from scratch, handmaking products and building a loyal community through authenticity and results. Now, I’m focused on expanding my product line, growing my Orlando clientele, and creating an experience that reminds people self-care isn’t a trend, it’s a lifestyle.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
God. He saw purpose in me long before I understood it myself. Even when I doubted, He was aligning things I couldn’t see, using every challenge to shape me for where I was meant to go.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering taught me patience, humility, and how to rely on faith when nothing else made sense. It stripped away pride and showed me what really matters character, peace, and resilience. Success can feel good, but pain is what built my strength and gave my purpose depth.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes, but it’s the refined version. The public me carries the same heart and values, just with more polish and boundaries. The real me feels deeper, prays harder, and sometimes struggles quietly before showing up strong. Both are true, I just choose which parts the world gets to see.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
That I moved with purpose and heart. That I made people feel seen, inspired them to believe in themselves, and turned pain into something useful. I want them to say I didn’t just build a business, I built impact. That I loved deeply, gave freely, and left everything I touched a little better than I found it.
