Born from a deep love for bringing people together, The Gathering Post was created by two best friends with shared roots, creative hearts, and a passion for meaningful hospitality. We’ve always believed that the most memorable moments happen when people feel seen, celebrated, and cared for — and we wanted to build a business that embodied that feeling.
What started as an idea between friends has grown into a service that blends attention to detail with elevated beverage experiences — from handcrafted cocktails and mocktails to customized menus that reflect the energy and spirit of each event.
Whether it’s a wedding, baby shower, birthday, or faith-based gathering, we show up with intention, professionalism, and heart — ready to serve your story, one sip at a time.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has sure been gravely but our desire to stay committed to our vision has brought us to actually make the decision to bring TGP to life. We have faced the struggle of imposter syndrome in the beginning phases of a new business. It sure is something once met with such incredibly high moments and then some super low ones. Both ends challenge us to reflect on particular things through building the business like creating content, potential clients, and making business partner decisions. All in all, we are navigating this endeavor with heart and passion that our vision will flourish and we can bring crafted experiences to our local communities.

We’re inspired by the quiet magic of togetherness — the clinking of glasses, the shared laughter between generations, and the way a simple drink can open up space for connection. Our passion comes from a deep love for people, culture, and celebration. From our roots in hospitality and tradition to our desire to make every guest feel included. Our goal is to continue elevating events, making sure every guest leaves with a smile and a story to tell.
Who else deserves credit in your story?
In the midst of launching our business we were fortunate enough to find Shelby Lee Bellen through Instagram who grew her mobile bar business to 6 figures. With her inspiration and motivation we made the decision to lean into her guidance and overwhelming amount of information allowed us to have the technicalities of the business laid out for us.
