Daily Inspiration: Meet Limarys Rodriguez

Today we’d like to introduce you to Limarys Rodriguez.

Hi Limarys , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I began my professional journey working with children for ten years, but after becoming a mom, I wanted a career change that would allow me to grow both personally and professionally. During that time, I also had a stint at Walt Disney World in their ticketing department in Celebration, Florida. Not only did I enjoy the opportunity to provide memorable experiences to guests, but I was also inspired by Disney’s focus on company culture and personal growth — lessons I still carry into my own business today.

After having my daughter, I decided to move back to the Northeast to be closer to family and pursue a career in IT, majoring in web development. Shortly after graduation, I worked for several companies in the field before starting LMG Marketing Solutions nine years ago. Initially, I had clients in Florida, but with the support of my family, I began growing our presence in Pennsylvania. Today, we have a full office and staff in Pennsylvania, a team member in Florida as we continue expanding, and several remote team members across other states. Our line of work allows us to serve clients virtually anywhere, giving our business a truly global reach

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Like any small business owner, I’ve faced my share of challenges — from figuring out how to grow and manage a team to navigating the ever-changing landscape of marketing and technology. Balancing family, business, and personal growth hasn’t always been easy. There were moments of doubt and setbacks, but each challenge taught me resilience, creativity, and the importance of surrounding myself with a supportive team. Those experiences ultimately shaped LMG into the business it is today

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I originally went to school for IT and majored in web development. While I always had a creative side and even considered becoming an art teacher, I discovered that I really loved the front-end design aspect of web development — creating experiences that are not just functional, but visually engaging and intuitive. I started my business in web development while still working full-time, and over the years, I had the opportunity to expand my skill set into social media, SEO, marketing, and branding through various roles that challenged me and helped me become a well-rounded professional.

What I’m most proud of is the knowledge and expertise that my team and I bring to our clients. More than that, it’s seeing the tangible results and growth we help create — watching our clients succeed and knowing we played a part in that journey.

What sets us apart is the personal, one-on-one relationships we build with our clients. We’re not just a service provider; we become an extension of their team, invested in their goals and committed to achieving them together. That level of partnership, trust, and dedication is something we’ve worked hard to cultivate and it’s what truly makes LMG different.

Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
Some of our favorite apps are just the day to day programs we use like adobe illustrator, photoshop, WordPress, and google analytics.
