Today we’d like to introduce you to Danniyille Lyn Viola, CCHt.
Hi Danniyille Lyn, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Ever since I was a child, I knew I was different. I was born bridging both worlds, the physical world and the spirit world. From the time I was a baby through my early childhood, I was having regular Out of Body Experiences and Astral Projecting myself in my spirit body to wherever I wanted to go. I have many memories floating up and out of my body at will. If I was in the crib crying and my mother did not come, I simply popped myself out of my body and was content to float around the ceiling, hovering around wherever she was in the house. While my body slept at night, I would often practice flying in the sports fields of my elementary school or go back to the playground that was around the corner from my house.
When I was 11 years old I was introduced to hand writing analysis and became adept at the practice. This opened me up to other practices such as Numerology, Palm Reading, Astrology and Tarot. I was a natural and found that I had a talent for duplication so learning how to facilitate these modalities and interpret the information that came through was quite easy to me.
By the time I was in junior high school I had kids lining up at my locker asking me to read their palm or break down their birthdates for a numerology reading. When I was in my early college years, I had my own small consulting practice and began advertising myself as a spiritual consultant.
With my professional career calling, after college, I gave it all up and pursued my dream of being a performance artist and it was at this time that I began my 20 year journey of self-exploration. This lead me on a very challenging path where I found myself living one difficulty after another, one toxic relationship after another and so many frustrating dead ends in life that by the time I was in my later 30’s my life was in shambles and I was left feeling completely depressed, drained, addicted, exhausted, unfulfilled, chasing my tail, lost, confused and defeated.
I was, what seemed at the time, hopelessly addicted to substances and distractions as a way of coping with life the best way I knew how.
Now at this time I was beginning my 40’s and my marriage felt irreparably damaged through abuse and distraction and there was no viable means of separation or divorce. It was a very painful situation and our then 6 year old son was suffering with so many emotional and behavioral conditions like ODD, ADHD, IED) that made our day to day even more of a struggle. It felt as if we as a family and as individuals were stuck, looping in the same destructive patterns with no end in sight.
I was so caught up in trying to make life better by trying to fix everything and everyone around me that I forgot to take care of myself and this is when I realized I had to make a personal change. If I was to ever get out of the mental, emotional and physical hole I had dug myself into, I needed to somehow deal with my reality in a productive, beneficial way that would create real, supportive and lasting change.
BUT HOW???
And so having no where to turn and no real answers as to how to do that, I turned to Spirit, God, The Universe, Source, whatever that name is for The Creator and I surrendered. In that moment I gave up pushing, pulling and struggling and made my declaration to move on from where I was and to begin the next stage of my journey. I literally looked up at the stars from the deck of our New York home one night and very sincerely, very simply yet heart-fully made my declaration, “I am ready, I am done with this (life as it was) and I am ready to move on, I am ready to ascend. I am finished here and ready for the next stage of my life.”
Now that was back in the summer of 2016 and I had no idea that the declaration I had made was about to culminate in a response from spirit in the most profound, sudden and surreal spiritual experience that I could have never imagined. About 2 weeks later, as I was walking out of a bagel store in Massapequa, NY (shout out to Town Bagel by the way, they make the BEST bagels), I had what is known in some spiritual communities as a Reincarnation In The Same Body Experience, sometimes also known as a RSB.
From that moment on, my life was forever changed and everything I had ever gone through, all the pain, all the suffering, all the dissolution of my life made 100% sense to me. In the moments that followed, after I overcame the actual sudden shock of the RSB experience itself, I knew that the world was about to go through major changes unlike anything that we as the human race have ever experienced before and that I was here to help support that change.
As I drove away from the bagel store, I was overjoyed with excitement at the knowing of this and I was beside myself, struck with awe and baffled wonder as to what just happened to me. In an instant, I knew here were 3 things that I had to do and that was to learn how to work with energy, start working with the Earth and learn about Universal Laws and that is exactly what I did. I passionately and enthusiastically joined a local CSA farm so I could get my hands into the dirt, began my journey to become a Reiki Master and soaked up all the resources, videos and books that I could find on Universal Law.
Since then, nearly 10 years ago (boy does time fly), I have dedicated my life to healing The Mind, The Body & The Soul. My passion and purpose is to dive deep and clear out the root cause of any difficulty, pain, challenge, suffering, trauma, abuse, mental, emotional and/or physical distress or ailment. If you are living an experience and it doesn’t feel good but you don’t know how to move past it, how to absolve it, how to rectify it, how to get it to no longer be detrimentally effecting your experience of life, it is my honor and privilege to guide and support you in living the life you never thought you could dream of.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No it has not been smooth. It has been a bumpy and challenging road but at the same time, its been super rewarding and fulfilling and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Despite going through that spiritual experience and all the inner knowing that came along with it, the reality was my life was still very toxic and I had to learn how to focus my energy in a totally different and foreign way. In essence, I had to unlearn the old negative patterns and behaviors that I had relied on my entire life and replace them with new ways of responding rather than reacting to the world around me.
In the beginning it was challenging and I sometimes felt like I was getting nowhere but along the way I discovered powerful, transformative tools and practices that made it so much easier and in time, my life began to improve more and more until one day I realized how far I had come. My entire life and all my relationships, including the most important one, the one with myself, became enjoyable and harmonious. I started to feel a sense of expansiveness and freedom. Man, what a ride!

First of all, I really want to say thank you for the opportunity to share. Especially in today’s world, it is of the upmost importance, that we prioritize, our mental and emotional health and well-being. The state of your mental and emotional health has a direct impact on your physical well-being.

Coming back home to who we really are so that we may live in alignment with our hearts allowing us to live our very best, most fulfilling life. This is what I am known for. Our culture and society is so driven by distraction, and by the need for instant gratification. Oh yes! No journey worth having is one of isolation. I have many to thank that have been an integral part of my evolution. First I want to thank my mom and dad for their role in shaping me into the person I am today. Their love and support for my journey, although not always easy, has been such a huge part of my learning journey. If it wasn’t’ for them, I would not be who I am today. Their continued support in accepting me for who I am has meant everything to me.
Also, my now ex-husband provided me the springboard of my evolution and became a tremendous catalyst of growth, Thank you for that and for always being there to witness and support my evolution in such a caring and thoughtful way. My son too, who is now 16 years old and such a powerhouse of wisdom, love and reflection. You are wise beyond your years! You have been my greatest creation, I love and adore you, you are my greatest gift. Having you to share the journey of life with me has been heaven-sent! It has been a long, challenging road but we have scaled mountains together and have learned so much! Your infinite love and encouragement in these past few years has served as a rock, a solid foundation upon which we have grown together so beautifully. A mom couldn’t ask for anything better!
