Today we’d like to introduce you to Richard Monassa.
Hi Richard , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was the first child black belt in Brazil, I started training with 4 years old, until today I still train, I competed around the world for over 19 years, the time that I participated as a athlete in Brazilian team of olympic karate, traditional karate in both federations, I won 19 titles around the world and travelled over 50 countries, I am graduated in physical education and also completed my postgraduate education in sports training and wellness training.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
My difficult times always was about sponsoring because I never have enough money to compete around the world and sometimes I didn’t have time to concentrate in my training because I’m always was running around the company to get support to pay as expenses for the trip.
We’ve been impressed with Golden champions LLC , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Yes my Dojo focus on the development of people to improve their mind and body , change their mindset about their health and their life goals, to keep them away from drugs, violence and weapons, gradually increasing their self esteem to become a better citizen to help the society given their examples of good intentions good manners and good behavior that makes them happy and healthy people.
Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
I guess not .
