Hi Flavia, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I Spent over 20 years bulding my career in luxury retail, always driven, dedicated, and focused on deliverying exceptional customer experiences. Throughout my Journey, I consistenly led teams to achieve top performing stores across the country. After two decades, I felt it was time for a new challenge- one where I could transfer my leadership, customer service, and businees building expertise into a field with meaningful impact.,Thats when i chose to enter the dental industry and bring the same level of excellence, passion and operational strenght to this new chapter.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The transition has been an exciting journey. Change is never easy- there have been Highs and lows, and moments that pushed me to grow in new ways. But every challenge has made the experience worthwhile. Embracing something completely new has reminded me how rewarding it is to evolve, learn and continue building something meaningful.
