Hidden Gems: Meet Scott Brazdo of Marketing Moves Homes Brokered by EXP Luxury

Today we’d like to introduce you to Scott Brazdo.

Hi Scott, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Absolutely. My journey into real estate actually started long before I ever held a license, it started when I was a 15-year old kid with a stack of homemade flyers and a dream.

I launched my first business, a neighborhood mobile car detailing service, at an age when most kids were focused on getting their learner’s permit. I passed out more than 200 flyers door-to-door, waited all day for the phone to ring, and eventually landed my very first full detail. That single call changed everything. It showed me the power of marketing, of putting a message into the world and seeing it resonate. I was hooked.

That passion carried me through college at Stetson University, where I earned both my BBA and MBA in Marketing. Over the years, I had the opportunity to rebrand more than 300 companies around the world and work for incredible organizations like Enterprise Rent-A-Car, the Orlando Sentinel, RideNow Powersports, the Central Florida YMCA, and Astonish in Marketing. Each step taught me something new about branding, storytelling, and understanding consumers—skills that would later become the foundation for everything I do today.

Eventually, I launched Black Tie Digital Marketing, which has grown into one of Central Florida’s top digital marketing agencies. Through Black Tie, we have clients in many different verticals, but I found myself working closely with some of the region’s best home builders and top real estate agents. And that’s when a lightbulb went off. I realized that while the real estate industry is saturated with talent, very few agents were truly separating themselves with extraordinary marketing. Homes weren’t being positioned the way premium brands are marketed, and I knew I could change that.

That insight became the spark for Marketing Moves Homes, brokered by eXp Luxury. I wanted to build a real estate group that didn’t just list homes, but strategically marketed them, leveraging world-class creative, storytelling, targeted advertising, and the kind of branding expertise I had spent 30 years developing. My vision was simple: make every home stand out in a sea of competition, the same way great brands stand out on crowded shelves.

From a teenager handing out flyers to leading a marketing agency and now a luxury real estate brand, the common thread has always been the same: helping people move forward in their lives through powerful, intentional marketing. And that’s exactly what Marketing Moves Homes is all about, pairing elite marketing with exceptional real estate service so our clients don’t just list their homes…they move them.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Absolutely not, haha, and I wouldn’t change any of it.

Entrepreneurship rarely follows a straight line, and my path has had its share of twists, pivots, and lessons learned the hard way. When I started my marketing agency, there were years where I was working 80-hour weeks, building websites at 2 a.m., and wearing every hat imaginable just to keep the business growing. There were moments of uncertainty, payroll stress, and the kind of pressure that makes you question everything you’re doing, but ultimately pushes you to level up.

When I stepped into real estate, the challenges were different but just as real. The industry is competitive and fast-paced, and you quickly learn that simply being a great marketer isn’t enough, you have to master contracts, negotiations, pricing strategy, client psychology, and the emotional weight that people carry when they’re buying or selling a home.

One of the most rewarding, and honestly, one of the hardest things I’ve done to grow my real estate business over the past five years has been building and growing my YouTube channel. My channel is still relatively small, especially compared to others who have been doing it for far longer than me, but the followers we do have they are extremely loyal and highly engaged and interested.

When people hear of the results we have from YouTube now, they often assume it happened overnight, but the truth is far from it. Since the beginning, we have been pouring hours into filming, editing, and posting content that felt like it was disappearing into a void. For the first two years, I didn’t receive a single phone call. Not one. It felt like I was having a one-sided conversation with the internet, and there were plenty of moments where I wondered if any of it was worth it.

But then, everything changed with one phone call.

A buyer from Tennessee reached out after watching one of my videos. They were relocating to Orlando for work and said my YouTube content made them feel like I was the person they wanted guiding them through the process. That moment validated every late night, every edit, and every video that had previously gone unnoticed. From there, I immediately went all-in to help them. I started filming personalized home tours, walking through neighborhoods they were considering, and sending them private YouTube links with commentary tailored specifically for them.

After about a month of searching, I found their perfect home. We wrote the offer that same day, went under contract, and they didn’t physically see the property until the day of closing. The home was just shy of $1.6 million, all from a single YouTube video that eventually reached the right person at the right time.

That experience changed everything. It proved the power of consistency, even when the results aren’t immediate. Since that first call, my phone hasn’t stopped ringing. I’ve helped families from across Central Florida and all over the country find their perfect home here, all because they connected with my videos. What once felt like a one-sided conversation has turned into one of the most effective and meaningful ways I serve new clients today. It’s a reminder that sometimes the quietest work ends up yielding the loudest results.

The road hasn’t been smooth, but the obstacles made the wins far more meaningful. And the struggles ultimately became the fuel that pushed Marketing Moves Homes to become what it is today.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Marketing Moves Homes Brokered by EXP Luxury?
Marketing Moves Homes is built on a simple but powerful idea: exceptional homes deserve exceptional marketing. In a market as competitive as Central Florida, especially within the luxury space, traditional real estate tactics aren’t enough. Today’s buyers expect a curated, polished, premium experience, and that’s exactly what we deliver.

At our core, we’re a real estate group that blends high-end marketing, luxury branding, and strategic sales expertise to help clients maximize the visibility and value of their home. We specialize in the Lake Nona area and surrounding luxury communities, areas where presentation truly matters. However, we serve clients throughout Central Florida, from Windermere, to Winter Park, to Doctor Phillips to Winter Garden and beyond!

What sets us apart is the unique background I bring into real estate. Before launching Marketing Moves Homes, I spent over 30 years building brands through world-class marketing and overseeing digital marketing as the CEO of Black Tie Digital Marketing. I’ve personally rebranded more than 300 companies across the world. So when I transitioned into real estate, I didn’t come in with a traditional mindset, I came in as a marketer, filmmaker, storyteller, and strategist.

Here’s what that means for our clients:

✓ Cinematic, luxury-level listing videos
We don’t just film tours, we create branded, story-driven content that highlights lifestyle, emotion, and the unique attributes of each home.

✓ High-end photography, drone work, and media production
Homebuyers shop with their eyes first, and our visuals help our listings shine and stand out, every time.

✓ White-glove concierge level service and communication
From pre-listing prep to closing day, our clients get a concierge experience designed to eliminate stress and create clarity. What makes our approach unique is the level of personal attention our clients receive. We intentionally keep our operation small so that every buyer and seller gets direct one-on-one guidance from me throughout the entire process. From the first consultation to closing day, you’re never handed off, you always know exactly who is advocating for you, answering your questions, and navigating the details.

Real estate is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make, and I believe it deserves focused, individualized care. My clients appreciate having a single, dedicated point of contact who knows their goals, understands their concerns, and can move quickly with clarity and confidence. It creates a more seamless, personalized experience, one designed around the way you want to buy or sell a home.

What I’m most proud of brand-wise is that we stand for craftsmanship. Every detail matters to us, from the color grading in our videos to the font used on our brochures. Our brand is a reflection of our belief that premium marketing leads to premium results.

But beyond that, we’re known for a deeper commitment, we treat every listing like a million-dollar launch campaign. Whether the home is $500,000 or $5 million, the effort, strategy, and quality remain the same.

What I want readers to know is this, if you want a real estate experience that feels curated, intentional, and tailored to showcase your home’s full potential, and you want a team that deeply understands luxury buyers, digital marketing, and storytelling, Marketing Moves Homes was built for you.

We don’t just list homes. We position them, elevate them, and move them.

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
Absolutely. If there’s one thing I hope readers take away from my story, it’s that you don’t need a perfect path to build something meaningful, you just need passion, persistence, and the willingness to keep showing up.

I started my first business at fifteen with $20 worth of flyers and a lot of determination. I’ve reinvented myself multiple times, taken risks that scared me, and stepped into industries where I had everything to learn. None of it was easy, but all of it was worth it.

Whether you’re launching a business, selling a home, or simply trying to create a better life for your family, momentum comes from action. Start before you’re ready, surround yourself with great people, and don’t be afraid to pivot when life points you in a new direction.

I’m incredibly grateful to serve the Central Florida community through Marketing Moves Homes. Every client gives us the privilege of telling their story, showcasing their home, and guiding them through one of the biggest transitions of their lives. It’s a responsibility I don’t take lightly.

And if you ever need advice, whether it’s about marketing, branding, real estate, or entrepreneurship, I’m always happy to connect. This community has given me so much, and I believe in giving back by sharing what I’ve learned along the way.
Thank you for reading my story, and thank you to Orlando Voyager for the opportunity. I’m excited for what’s ahead and honored to continue serving this incredible city.
