Today we’d like to introduce you to Michael Belton.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started learning about being a entrepreneur when i was 8 years old i had a mom who worked as a hair dresser & was never available because of having to work so many hours & a dad who was a recruiter at the time my grandfather Herbert belton designed the world trade center in new york city & my grandmother retired as a supervisor for dept of children & families in Manhattan ny i knew it was up to me to teach my self somthing different & amazing so i started going around to different stores to try and find work it was hard at my age so i eventually walked into a cellphone store in linden nj and became good friends with the owner edwin once we became friends he hired me to pass out fliers for the business so i did that for sometime afterwards a few days i than noticed that if i asked for phones for pay enstead of cash the phone would be worth more so i told edwin to let me trade work for phones now my mom was a hair dresser in the area so i already knew the barbershop world i started going into the barber shops and from there i would sell the phones i earned working passing out fliers to the barbers in those shops after awhile i would begain making lots of money so much money one of the barbers said your the coolest 8 yr old i ever met im going to start calling you money mike so from there i kept growing and evolving until i moved to Pennsylvania from nj at the age of 20 i started working my way up in a cellphone store called Metro by tmobile i had that job for some time and quickly made it to manager from there i met the owner one day after work and he stated he was leaving the country and he saw i would be the perfect fit to move into ownership as he would be open to selling me his stores he stated i was not any ordinary person and i should own and not be a worker from that point i understood i was not made to work for anyone but my self i bought the metro by tmobile stores all 3 from him and begain my ownership journey from there i decided to sell after 3 years and move to florida where i opened a multi carrier called TAKE OVER WIRELESS IN PORT RICHEY FL i had a few stores with that business and as it grew to be successful i wanted more so here we are today i decided to move forward and grow into the TAXI / CAR SERVICE BUSINESS where now i have COURTESY CAR SERVICE LLC WE are a everyday growing business and once i opened have blown up so fast in only a few months because of my great skill in entrepreneurship and knowing how to run a successful business.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No it has not been a smooth road but with my mind and skill level coming from where i came from i have learned to overcome obstacles without anyhelp
We’ve been impressed with COURTESY CAR SERVICE LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are a premium black car service that picks up customers & takes them where ever they need to go 24/7 no matter when or where in a comfortable car we are known for our great business ideas & our beautiful cars and good customer service as well as our amazing drivers what sets us apart is that we actually care about our customers so we deliver nothing but the best cars & customer service for a reasonable price what i am most proud of is my business growing so fast what i want the readers to know about my brand is we are the most different car service than you will ever use we treat our customers with respect & give them a exsirenence of a lifetime they will never forget such as good conversation helping them with bags having nice smelling clean cars also with a dispatch team that actually cares about the customer and lastly a driver that will drive safely to get the customer to there destination satified
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What makes me happy is seeing the happiness of my customers and employees because to be successful your team supporting you has to be happy to remain positive to be able to service our customers in such a way that they only choose to ride with us on any occasion where they need a taxi simply because we are the best
