Today we’d like to introduce you to Bridget Grider.
Hi Bridget, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
As a mom of three, I wanted to create something flexible and fulfilling a way to balance family life while still doing something I’m passionate about. What started as a small idea quickly grew into a business I truly love. I began doing pop-ups, meeting amazing people, and seeing how each piece became part of someone’s story.
Today, I’m so grateful for how far this journey has come connecting with new communities, being part of special moments, and creating timeless pieces that hold meaning for each person who wears them.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t always been a smooth road, but every challenge has helped me grow. As a mom of three, balancing family life and running a small business hasn’t been easy there are long days, late nights, and plenty of learning moments along the way.
Starting out, I had to figure out everything on my own from setting up at markets to understanding business logistics and building confidence in sharing my craft. There were moments of doubt, but the support from my family, especially my husband, and amazing customers kept me going.
We’ve been impressed with Timeless Weld Permanent Jewelry, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What makes my brand special is the experience it’s not just about the jewelry, but the memory that comes with it. Whether it’s best friends getting matching bracelets, couples celebrating milestones, or moms and daughters creating a lasting bond, every piece tells a story. As a small business and a mom of three, I take pride in creating an environment that feels personal, welcoming, and genuine. I love connecting with people at pop-ups, markets, and private events, and helping them choose something that feels uniquely theirs.I’m most proud of how far my brand has come from a simple idea to a growing small business built on love, community, and creativity. My goal is for every person who visits my booth or studio to leave not only with something beautiful but with a memory that lasts just as long.
Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
What I love most about our city is the sense of community and how supportive people are of small businesses. There’s such a great energy at local markets and events everyone is friendly, creative, and genuinely wants to see each other succeed. It’s such an inspiring place to grow a small business and raise a family. What I like least is probably the weather during outdoor events the heat and humidity can definitely be a challenge sometimes! But even then, people still come out, smile, and make the best of it, which says a lot about the spirit of this community.
