Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashley Kelley.
Ashley, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Our business is a family ran since 2001.
My dad David Thompson and my grandma Josie Cucanich started the business.
My grandma has since passed on and we are working hard everyday to carry on her legacy.
Me and my brother Joshua joined the team in 2016.
We work hard to treat all customer like family and are so thankful to see our
small business still succeeding over twenty years later.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
In business they are always ups and down.
The cost if supplies and availability of supplies has become a growing issue the last five years.
We have done our best to adapt and only have some small price increases over the past few years to still
adapt but also still try to keep the costs manageable for the end user.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We specialize on assisting all customers in a timely fashion as well as making sure each customer knows that they can rely on us. Some clients have been relying on us for the past 20 years weather they are consumer or commercial, we want al clients to know they can count on us. We specialize in several different repairs allowing a multitude of customers to utilize our service shop.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Working with others in similar industries has always helped my growth.
We have a great working relationship with our competitors and we are able to bounce ideas off
of each other and work together as a community.
