Hi Derrice, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I grew up in Philadelphia, PA my grandfather Edsil Pankey was an real estate investor he had a third grade education and became a real estate mogul at age 40 which he retired he taught me the business at age eight I bought my first property at age 25 and age 27 I bought an apartment building which came with a salon so I took a chance with that and hired seven employees and named the salon after my daughter Brianna Hair and Nail Salon. From there my husband and I got tired of the city life we always loved Florida we moved here in Aug 2013 purchased a home I decided to get my real estate license in 2017 sold a million my first year then over the next year I tripled that and have done over multi millions in sales. I love what I do and I enjoy seeing my clients especially first home buyers with the keys in their hand that’s what makes my job well worth it.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
