Today we’d like to introduce you to Valeria Lukyanova.
Hi Valeria, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
The state I live in today is the result of everything I have experienced throughout my life.
First, of course, I gave up unhealthy habits, which brought about profound changes in both my consciousness and my body. But I didn’t stop there. I transitioned first to a vegetarian diet, then to a vegan diet, followed by a raw-food diet, eating smaller amounts, and eventually mono-eating.
I then began practicing different forms of cleansing because I came to the realization that there is little meaning in life if you simply grow old, become ill, and die—because ultimately, all of your achievements come to an end. So I made it my life’s purpose to find the source of eternal life and eternal youth: Amrita.
Amrita is the divine nectar that, according to the Vedas, is believed to become activated in certain people. In reality, I believe this is something anyone can achieve if they devote themselves very seriously to spiritual practices and, of course, asceticism.
At the same time, I have been developing other practices that can be accessible to a broader range of people. These are based on physical antiparasitic cleansing as well as energy practices, including etheric practices, practices involving what I call “starsion energy,” and quantum energy.
So, to summarize, I arrived where I am today by cleansing both my consciousness and my physical body.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
My journey has not been easy. It has been extremely difficult because, in a sense, I was fighting against my own body. Our bodies consist largely of cells and a microbiota, and I believe that because we are often fed incorrectly as children, by adolescence and adulthood we can become hostages to the bacteria cultivated by the food habits of our families and society.
Because of this, I struggled with cravings for food and unhealthy products, and I found them incredibly difficult to overcome. To me, this felt comparable to an addiction, because food itself can also become addictive. I had to struggle for a very long time to become ideal in my own eyes—to become what I call the “Perfect Avatar.”
At first, I survived purely through willpower, and it was extremely difficult. Over time, however, I developed antiparasitic cleansing practices that I believe strengthened my willpower and helped remove what I describe as very serious parasites from the body. In my experience, these are not simply worms, but fungal conglomerates that I believe can sometimes extend for several meters within the intestines.
I believe conventional medicine does not generally discuss this because acknowledging such a possibility would require reconsidering the causes attributed to many illnesses and rewriting established medical guidelines. In my view, there are also significant business interests involved.
That is one of the reasons this journey has been so difficult: these ideas are rarely discussed, and you are unlikely to hear about them in conventional medical institutions. Historically, I consider naturopathic, homeopathic, and folk remedies to be traditional forms of medicine.
I also hold a very critical view of modern evidence-based medicine and its historical development, including the influence of wealthy foundations and powerful interests. I believe these systems have gained enormous influence over how health and medicine are understood today, but I do not believe that influence will last forever.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Of course. I would be happy to tell you more about my work. I consider myself a microbiologist and parasitologist, although I did not receive formal education in these fields. Everything I know, I taught myself. I am entirely self-taught.
I encountered situations in which medicine could not provide the answers or help I was looking for, so I decided to investigate things for myself. First, I worked on overcoming my own depression. Then I focused on my skin, and later on the chronic nasal problems I experienced. I came to believe that there was a fungal organism living in my nasal passages—something that, in my experience, conventional medicine did not identify or explain. I worked on removing what I understood to be fungal growth from my body myself.
Over time, I began experiencing what I consider significant rejuvenation, and I realized that I had to share everything I had learned with other people facing similar problems. There are many conditions—such as endometriosis, different types of allergies, psoriasis and other skin conditions, as well as hormonal and endocrine problems—for which I believe conventional medicine does not always provide satisfactory solutions. In some cases, people are prescribed hormones that they then take for years. In my view, this may support one part of the body while negatively affecting another.
I learned to work with these conditions using folk remedies and herbs rather than pharmaceutical treatments. I see my approach as a form of preventive medicine, focused on bringing the body into harmony and alleviating symptoms. My primary areas of specialization are therefore naturopathy and parasitology.
I am also known for my appearance and for what I describe as my ability not to age in the conventional way. I have created what I call the “Perfect Avatar” of the body. Many people have accused me of having extensive plastic surgery, whereas the only cosmetic surgery I have had was breast augmentation, which I chose in order to balance the proportions of my hips and achieve my own aesthetic ideal of beauty.
For me, one of the greatest ideals of beauty is Hedy Lamarr. She was an extraordinary woman—beautiful and highly intelligent—and her inventions contributed to technology that ultimately helped make modern wireless communication possible. I also consider the women of 1930s and 1940s Old Hollywood to represent an ideal of feminine beauty.
I have a very small waist, an elegant face, long hair, carefully styled hairstyles, and precise makeup. This aesthetic is part of what initially made me well known online. I am a perfectionist, and I have always pursued what I personally consider an ideal appearance. That has attracted people’s attention, but so have my ideas and intellect.
I believe people sometimes find it difficult to accept someone who combines visibility, beauty, self-confidence, and a sharp intellect—someone who is not simply beautiful but also wants to create something useful. Hedy Lamarr is an example I admire because she was celebrated for her beauty while also making important technological contributions.
So I am known both for my appearance and for what I consider my scientific developments. What I am most proud of is developing a method that I believe can produce significant rejuvenation at any age. I believe that if a person follows at least 80% of my recommendations consistently for three months, I can help them achieve changes that can make them appear 10–15 years younger, without relying on medication.
What sets me apart from others? Take someone like Bryan Johnson, for example, who spends millions of dollars on testing and approaches biohacking largely through conventional medical science. I take a very different approach. In my view, supplementation without the type of cleansing practices I advocate can negatively affect the microbiome and the body.
Ultimately, I believe what distinguishes me most is that I practice what I preach. I believe I do not age in the conventional way, and I look significantly younger than my chronological age. I also believe I can help other people achieve substantial rejuvenation if they follow at least 80% of my recommendations. I do not ask for 100% adherence—80% is enough for me to be confident that they will see results.
Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
Some of my favorite childhood memories are of walking, hiking, and exploring different places and forests. I was interested in hiking and outdoor activities, as well as astronomy, paleontology, and shooting. I loved activities such as target shooting, studying different stones and rock formations, and, of course, observing and learning about the stars. I found all of these things fascinating.
I also sang in a choir and played the piano. We performed in different cities, which I really enjoyed. I loved creativity from a very young age.
But perhaps my most meaningful childhood memory is from fifth grade, when I began reading the books of Carlos Castaneda, whom I consider the greatest mystic of the twentieth century. After reading several of his books, I realized that there were people in the world who thought in ways that resonated with me. Before that, I had often felt completely alienated from the people around me and believed that I was surrounded by people whose way of thinking I simply could not understand.
At times, it felt as though I were living in a madhouse. At first, however, I did not understand why I felt this way. I thought perhaps there was something wrong with me, and I felt deeply unhappy.
One of my earliest memories from kindergarten is overhearing a conversation between our teachers and thinking, “If these are the adults who are supposed to set an example for us, and this is their level of intellectual development, what will happen next?” That thought frightened me.
So when I discovered Carlos Castaneda’s books, I realized that I was not alone in the way I saw the world and that there was nothing wrong with me. That realization has stayed with me throughout my entire life.
