Today we’d like to introduce you to Eleonora Lala Belle.

Hi Eleonora, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I was born and raised in Eastern Europe, Estonia. I moved to the states as a teenager and spent about 15 years in California. I’ve always been an explorer and enjoyed traveling a lot. I wanted to find something to do that would give me that flexibility. I was working in TV and while I loved doing that, I felt like I wanted more out of life. I decided to take a little break from work and do another trip and go “find myself.” I took three months off work and went traveling around US. And that’s how I ended up in Florida. I came out here on vacation a little over three years ago and never looked back. I decided that TV wasn’t for me anymore and went ahead into Real Estate. I absolutely love being in Real Estate for many reasons. One of them being the fact that I help families find their dream homes! It’s an indescribable feeling. Deep inside, I cry a little at every closing (happy tears). These people trusted me with the biggest purchase of their lives (for most)!!! It’s an extremely rewarding feeling!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Real Estate is never a smooth ride. But it’s rewarding and that’s what makes it worth it!

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I offer real estate services: Including relocation, buying, selling, investment, property advice and everything between related to Real Estate. What sets me apart from MANY other agents is that I’m a full-time agent. This means that I know the market at any given time, I know what it takes to win a deal in a tough market, such as right now. I’m knowledgeable (which is important when buying/selling something as important as a home). I’m honest and I don’t sugarcoat things. There will be tough conversations (in most sales) but it’s important to have an honest conversation so the customer is fully aware of what to expect. Honesty is the best policy. Knowledge is power. Time is money. That is how I’m different, I cover all three in one service.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
Real estate is a constant shift. I can’t predict where it’s going, but I can tell you that there has never been a better time to buy or sell! Ask me why!
