Hi Maryland, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I had a bad experience on my wedding day; the venue was beautiful but the service was a nightmare. So I decided I wanted to create a place where people can come in and have stress-free events. So we created just that our capacity is 150 guests but we prefer 80 max I like my clients to enjoy the space so we are one of the only venues that come with classy decor, coordinator, planner, and staff when you book your event with us. We handle everything from start to finish. Our prices cannot be beaten. We are a 4.9 on google and we are so proud of our accomplishments. We provide a service like no other we give our clients an experience. I wish I could had found something like my venue for my wedding.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Marketing was my biggest obstacle I had no idea how to market my venue.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I own Amore Events Venue; we specialize in weddings and Quiceneras is what we do must. I am bringing a classy style to Deltona. I am proud of the reputation I am building; we provide a service like no other when our client’s guests experience our services, they are always impressed and always say something about it to my staff or myself. We are a 4.9 on google, which is a hard task to accomplish; we have over 100 reviews and we are proud of our venue and the love we have put into it. We treat people like family. “Amore” means love. Our venue is a place where people create memories. Our motto is “Where memories are created.” Our venue comes fully staffed and decorated; there are very few venues that offer that to clients. We are a stress-free venue; we handle are the little things so our clients can enjoy their event.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
To trust God, he will not give you a blessing if you are not ready for it. He gives you the blessing you need to be ready for the process and be sure that it’s in his time, not ours. My faith has been tested; I believe that he has a bigger purpose for me to serve my community. So here we are, trusting the process and enjoying the journey. The biggest lesson is you have to sacrifice a lot to follow your dreams. Not everyone will support you that’s ok; the dream is yours so trust the processes the learning experiences and apply them to your business. Every day you will learn something new.
