Hi Jonathan, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Yes, well it all started when I was skating with my friends in the streets of my city and I started taking photos of the tricks and there I realized that at that moment I was totally in love with photography, then I studied to become a photographer, from there I started my little business doing portraits, weddings, events and documentary photography, right now 25 years of those first steps have passed.
Then photography went to another level for me as we began to travel through 7 Caribbean countries taking our photographic proposal and attracting new clients within the category of destination weddings, sometimes I cannot describe the love I feel for what I do and how we are satisfied to capture unique and unrepeatable moments for the people. Photography will always be a very powerful weapon of mass construction.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it has been a magical trip full of places, experiences, new friends, new languages, and the best of that full and pleasant harmony.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Well, I specialize in outdoor weddings, portraits, lifestyle photos, my work is known as a product full of life, high knowledge of outdoor lighting, and creator of unique moments in the life of each person.
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
Of course, the photography industry has changed a lot since I started 25 years ago, and in the future, we will see the inclusion of new trends in lighting, framing and a generation full of talent that will take photography to levels of space, I think that what will not change much, it is the essence of documentary portrait photos.
