Conversations with Zac Wolf

Today we’d like to introduce you to Zac Wolf.

Hi Zac, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
After photographing punk rock bands as a hobby while growing up in South Florida and going to Emerson College in Boston, I fell into wedding photography (kind of like how you can fall in love without even realizing it)

A decade later, I’m still in love with capturing love, working full-time as a wedding photographer in Orlando and New England.

After 14 years in Boston, my wife and I decided to move back to Florida and I’m so excited to officially call myself an Orlando wedding photographer. I’ll always be a New England wedding photographer at heart and will continue to capture couples all over New England.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Growing my business in New England was incredibly smooth. I came into the wedding industry at a time when weddings were straying from tradition and I was so excited to be a part of that change.

Now with our move to Orlando and becoming an Orlando wedding photographer it’s a big change but one I am very excited about. I’ve already befriended so many Central Florida wedding vendors and I am stoked to be a part of this incredible community!

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
The three words I use to describe my work are joyful, vibrant, and honest. My goal as an Orlando wedding photographer is to capture REAL moments from REAL couples. To be a stress-free part of their day and do everything in my power to make sure their wedding goes as smoothly as possible. I also process my images with bold and vibrant colors to show how their day really was and their photos are in a style that will never feel dated.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I like to think I make my own luck, all the opportunities I have received I have worked toward. At no point has anything fallen into my lap.
