Hi Alena Nicole, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
I started in Real Estate Industry in 2005 as a Mortgage Processor and Loan Originator. Then became an Office Manager and Administrative Assistant in Real Estate Sales got my Real Estate License in 2007. Since then, I work full-time in Real Estate Sales in Greater Orlando and Central Florida. I never left the business, even when Foreclosures and Short Sales were all over the market, then no single sale or purchase was happening for about a year, I continued to market myself and support my living with my personal savings since I had $0 income at that time.
Now I proudly can say that I am one successful Realtor, which well known in Greater Orlando, especially in our Russian-speaking community in Greater Orlando and well outside of it.
Alena Nicole has been in the Florida Real Estate business since 2005 representing Buyers and Sellers. She has very good knowledge and experience on how Mortgage Programs work, including Government programs, Down payment Assistance programs. With good experience working in the past in the Mortgage Industry all questions can be answered almost immediately, as well as pre-qualification process will get less stressful and in 99.9% of cases after the first consultation and correct questions asked, Buyers, will be pre-approved or fully approved unless Buyers will need more time to get ready with the purchase and they will be navigated the right way.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Real Estate is never a smooth road, we always go through different markets and adjustments in technology and marketing.
2007 and 2008 were not easy at all, but this experience made me stronger, more experienced, and knowledgeable.

I am a Real Estate professional. Always worked hard to get where I am now. Building at the moment my own team of real estate professionals, whom I can teach and share my professional experience and knowledge. I am a great marketer, big in social media like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
I would like your readers to know about me as a local expert, who loves and adores her City’s Beautiful and surrounding areas. I do what I loved and my clients can see it and feel it.
What are your plans for the future?
I am planning to open my own office located in Greater Orlando, possibly as my own Brokerage or an extension to my current Brokerage (2nd office location away from Naples). Totally concentrate to grow my team of great professionals, who can serve Greater Orlando and Central Florida having an Experienced Mentor like myself. I am excited to share my hard-learned knowledge with them.
