Hi Jayson, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Well, this Colombian fast-food business started after working in several places of different types of food, I have always liked fast food, hamburgers, dogs, I love them and I developed a hamburger just the way I liked it and I couldn’t find anywhere near me. The beginning was very hard. I started with my wife and a few months after being open the pandemic began which was super hard but with effort, dedication and discipline we got ahead now we have, you could say, an established business and already with projects to open our second location…
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Well, I think that all business at the beginning is hard until the clients meet them and make themselves known in the area and then the pandemic was I think the hardest for many many people.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Always since I started as an employee, I stand out for being the best and fastest in terms of food. I like to serve people and always give my best.
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
What I like the most is its location and I like that there are many things to have fun in a difficult to get bored in Central Florida believe no, there is nothing that I don’t like about this city.
