Hi Juliette, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My love for celebration stems as far as my childhood. As young as I can remember, I can recall memories of my mother, a single parent of three, pulling together all of her resources and hosting some of the most intimate moments for my siblings and me. In those moments, she taught us the importance of celebrating the people who matter most in our lives and taking time to appreciate the moments as they come. Since then, I have always had a zeal for celebration and creating special moments with those I love, and helping others do the same.
Over the years, I have found myself in countless roles helping others commemorate their special moments with their closest family and friends. Of course, I was always told that I had a knack for event planning but decided to pursue law school instead. As I focused on my career, I also had opportunities to hone my craft as an event planner and florist.
Omnia Tova Event Management is what you get when a law school graduate with a creative soul decides to take a leap of faith, leaving behind the status quo, to follow her passion. We take pride in our work, our reputation, and our name. Omnia in Latin means “everything”; Tovah in Hebrew means “God is Good.” Together, Omnia Tova means “in everything God is good”.
As the Lead Event Planner and Founder, servicing both Florida and Georgia, the Omnia Tova Event Management team is with our clients from the moment they start to plan their dream event to the moment their dream event becomes a reality. While handling all of their event needs, we offer an array of services while they enjoy the smaller moments leading up to their big day. We specialize in a variety of areas, and we are passionate about adding a creative touch to every detail. For me, it’s all about the smiles and the everlasting memories we create for our clients. Most importantly, our client’s happiness means the most to us, proving that by choosing Omnia Tova, they chose peace of mind.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
On every road, there are obstacles and challenges, some lasting longer than others. I would definitely say that I was one of my toughest struggles. I first had to make the decision to let go of every fear and insecurity in exchange for every opportunity. I had to make the decision to follow my passion and to put my career second to it. To most, doing so would be insane, but I knew in my heart that I wanted to spend the rest of my life enjoying what I did for a living. Secondly, I had to honor myself, my morals, and my services, which required me to value my services for what they are worth and stick to them. Third, I knew I’d help the most people with my passion if I could help couples who might not be able to afford some of the services we offer under normal circumstances. I am super grateful to God that I am able to do so and that I love what I do.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
As the lead Event Consultant and Florist, I focus on making sure that I use my years of experience, creative knowledge, and my understanding of the couple to provide an unforgettable event. This includes making sure that the details that are often forgotten are brought to the forefront and covered during the planning stage. Overall, I make sure that the couple is comfortable when it comes time to hand over their event and that they focus on preparing themselves to enjoy their special day.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I have learned is that life isn’t really about you, it’s about the impact you have on people’s lives around you.
