Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicole Alario.
Hi Nicole, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Prior to becoming a Realtor, I worked as a Hotel Sales Manager, in which I maximized the hotels profits through social and corporate room bookings. I received my Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management and have worked in hotels most of my career. Outstanding service, negotiation and sales has always been a part of me. After purchasing my first home, I became interested in the process of Residential Real Estate Sales. I enrolled in a Real Estate Course, took the exam, passed and within a few weeks, I had my first client. I have now worked full-time as a realtor for three years and everyday has been rewarding and fulfilling.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I consider myself lucky to have not experienced any major struggles in the industry. Every client has different expectations and just like Homes they are all unique. However, effective communication is always key and will help to ensure a seamless transaction and experience for your clients.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a local South Florida Realtor that specializes in working with First Time Home Buyers, Veterans and Listing Homes for Sale. It has been fulfilling that many of my clients are referral-based. This ensures me that I have exceeded my past client’s expectations and they enjoyed working with me. My service extends past the closing and understanding your client’s needs are crucial. It’s amazing to be a part of a milestone of a client buying their first home.
Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
When I first left my corporate job to become a realtor that was a risk. Realtors are commission-based. You must have motivation, organization, and most of all, clients without those elements you will be unemployed. I am a risk taker and everyday I bet on myself because my success is up to me.
