Today we’d like to introduce you to Liliana Perez Olivero.
Hi Liliana, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, I am 41 years old, I came to the United States to the city of Orlando in 2018 with my husband and my 2 daughters, full of dreams and hopes for a better future.
The first months were of adaptation and waiting to have a state in the country. After a few months, I received my documents and was able to start studying to obtain a real estate license, which was a great challenge for me since I did not know anything about real estate and had to start from scratch since in Venezuela it was the owner of a Digital Photography and Video company, something completely different from Real Estate.
Today, I feel happy for having been able to obtain the license, I love being a Realtor and being able to help other people realize their dreams of obtaining their home.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been a difficult road but not impossible, it is not easy to leave the country where you were born to go to another to start from scratch. Patience and perseverance are what have helped me to have everything I have achieved in such a short time after emigrating.

I am a Real Estate Agent at Altis Realty. I specialize in helping my clients buy, sell or rent properties in the Orlando area. I advise clients for the approval of their credits and accompany them throughout the negotiation process.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
First of all, I thank God for being my main guide, my family for always supporting me in all my way, and all those people who have contributed great knowledge to me.
